We couldn't be happier with our new patio cover! From start to finish, the team at Clemex was professional, communicative, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and on budget. What really set them apart was their ability to customize the design and provide engineering solutions that other companies simply couldn't offer. They also had modern finish options that gave us the contemporary look we wanted, unlike the more standard offerings we found elsewhere. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the entire process was seamless. We highly recommend Clemex to anyone looking for a high-quality, custom patio cover!

Expert Commercial Awning Installation in Sacramento, CA
Commercial awning installation in Sacramento means working on storefronts, restaurants, office entrances, and outdoor seating areas that face intense Central Valley sun. Clemex Patio Designs handles the full process — from custom design consultation through final installation — so your business gets a structure built for your specific building and use case, not an off-the-shelf fix. We serve commercial properties across Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Galt, Lodi, Woodland, Davis, Vacaville, Brentwood, Fairfield, Vallejo, Antioch, Concord, Richmond, Discovery Bay, and Lincoln. Sacramento summers push temperatures well past 100°F for weeks at a time. A properly installed commercial awning cuts direct solar heat gain at your windows and entry points, which lowers interior cooling load and makes outdoor seating usable during peak hours. Choosing between a retractable and a permanent awning comes down to how your space is used. Retractable systems give you adjustable shade and protect the fabric when the awning is not needed. Permanent metal or fabric awnings deliver set-and-forget coverage with fewer moving parts and lower long-term maintenance demands. We walk through both options with you during the design consultation so the final structure fits your operation. Contact Clemex Patio Designs to schedule your commercial awning consultation.

FAQ
Commercial Awning Installation FAQ
Common questions about commercial awning installation in Sacramento, CA.
Yes, Clemex Patio Designs installs both retractable and permanent commercial awnings throughout Sacramento and the surrounding region. Retractable systems let you extend shade during peak afternoon heat and retract when you want an open sky, which works well for restaurant patios and outdoor seating areas.
Fabric awnings and permanent metal awnings are both well-suited to Sacramento's climate. Fabric options handle UV exposure and heat, while metal frames provide structural durability for year-round outdoor coverage at storefronts and building entrances.
A permanent awning stays fixed and delivers constant coverage with fewer moving parts, making it a low-maintenance choice for entryways and storefronts in cities like Folsom or Rocklin. A retractable awning gives you adjustable shade on demand and protects the fabric when not in use, which can extend its usable life — so the better value depends on how your space operates day to day.
Yes, we install commercial awnings across a wide service area that includes Roseville, Lincoln, Rocklin, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Elk Grove, Galt, Lodi, Woodland, Davis, Vacaville, Brentwood, Fairfield, Vallejo, Antioch, Concord, Richmond, and Discovery Bay. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.
We start by reviewing your building's dimensions, facade attachment points, and how the space is used — whether that's a restaurant patio in Elk Grove or a retail storefront in Concord. From there, we walk through awning type, coverage area, and material options so the final design fits your operation before any installation begins.
A properly installed commercial awning blocks direct sunlight at windows and entry points, which reduces solar heat gain inside the building and lowers the demand on your cooling system during Sacramento's long hot summers. The shade coverage your awning provides depends on the size and placement we design for your specific building.
